At MAKS Caravan Centre, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request a Return

  Log into your account and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization Number via email.

  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Centre

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
